I am not sure if Speith are still around and making them.
Target Timers are extremely helpful people but, unfortunately, even if their system complies with the wording of the rules it certainly seems to be outside of the spirit. Although they have "hit lights" they do not compare IMHO with the complete target disappearing (as on the Rika). The extra excitement and pressure of the proper "falling" target takes the event to a different dimension.
Although it is not shown on their website Haering also make an electronic system based on lights and a time display. They also do a falling plate conversion for their 10m turning targets. That system though is certainly not in accordance with the rules.
Now if we could just get the Target Timers "speaking" controller coupled with the a modified Rika mechanism to allow electronic target resetting and blocking................, dreaming again.
