New Blinder/Occluder Dimension

Just a quick question - am I correct in understanding that the new rule for an occluder is 30mm x 30mm? If so, I need to do some trimming, but want to be sure first. Thanks.

The maximum width for the occluder is 30mm. There is no maximum height.
