I am wanting to shoot at 100yds and need to determine what height rear riser block I need. I've heard it'll be about 42 clicks, so what height in thousands of inches or millimeters do I need?

Rough estimate:
42 clicks -> 10 MOA (assuming 1/4 MOA per click) -> 10inch drop @ 100 yd -> 0.1inch rise of rear aperture (assuming sight radius of 1yd).
Thats a 2.5mm riser block. Do they even make those?

What is wrong with 42 clicks?

The size of the riser block depends on the sight radius and the ammo you are using (a little). The number of clicks depends on those and the type of sight you have.
If you don't want to click (or don't have the range) Anschutz had (has?) a simple short riser "block". There are also 2 step front sight blocks as an option.
