Hello!
I have a Feiwerbau P44 that I have been using since October or November but it was officially mine on December 25, because it was an offer from my brother (best brother in the world), and just to tell (I came from a Feiwerbau 103) that in a week I went from 492 to 494 points (in a week)! The gun is spectacular and I recommend it and used the pellets MEISTERKUGELN 4.5mm because they were the best for the 103! I recently found out that my P44 is luxury, so I have several boxes of R10 Match Plus box of 100 1and I have 3 of R10 Match (can of 500) and I'm waiting for 6 more! The plus is only for matches! I hope to make many good results and below is a photo!

You need a couple of glasses of a nice vinho tinto before starting your match.

Called "wet shooting" here, it will settle you nicely.

I've had my P44 for a few years and agree with its greatness. Excellent (mechanical) trigger, great adjustable sights, more accurate than me on all occasions and perfectly reliable. For me addition of barrel weight was helpful in reducing arc of movement, along with normal grip work (including some additions of Milliput). Presumably the P8X is better but I doubt I could shoot it better.

In addition to 10M it works well at longer distances up to about 20M, and practice with the P44 has helped my rimfire BE shooting.

Tried R10 pellets and the additional precision / cost is wasted on me. RWS Basics shoot better than I ever will.

I love it but I really love it

This air pistol, I can already say that it is an extension of me, of my arm, I know every action and every reaction, every detail! Anyway, it's really MY DREAM PISTOL!!!
At first I was a little disgusted, but it was just to remove the first stage, change pellets to RWS R10 Match and fine-tune the sigth in another way and it's PERFECT!!!

It always amazes me that someone shooting under 500 knows best how to set up a pistol and equiptment to be perfect.

It was time for someone more courageous (and worthy) than me to tell the sad truth to those shooters that don't realize the long way that lies ahead of them before it's worth the effort and the money to start thinking about pellets.

I know how to set the P44because the Regional Champion is from my club and shoot a P44 and teached me! I know i have a way but in yesterday practice simulating a match i made 502 points! Not bad for one year?!

My friend i use the pellets my P44 Likes more! With the 103 i use RWS Club and Meiterkulgen(or something)!
Beside the money is mine I dont need your opinion and in the practice yesterday simulating a match i made 502 so not bad for one year?!

And a perfect pistol for one can be crap for another, so it's adjustable and what I wanted to say is that it's perfect for ME!!!

Work hard and you will quickly get up to 520-530, 12 months you might make 550-560, 5 years you could make 575.
Once at 575 you could be considered for a National team, then the real training will begin.
Very few will make the 580's.
As for myself, a brief background.
I have now turned 70 and have been there, done that.
Been pistol shooting for 45 yrs and retired as a police gunsmith some 10 yrs ago.
I still hold both multiple State and National records ihm Air Pistol, Free Pistol and Blackpowder, and have
been to multiple Olympics , World Cups, World Championships and hold Commonwealth games medals.
Do I know what i am talking about.........maybe.

In 220 shots todas, the last 60 was 500 points!!!
And I hit my record of hits in black against 0 in white, which was 21 in black 0 out and went to 28 in black and 0 out!!!

Stop worrying about the scores, and concentrate on identifying and fixing errors in your technique. The scores will come.

The shots out in the white have NOTHING to do with your pistol or pellets.
