Hi
I purchased an Anschutz 2002 Super Air but I can't unscrew the eyepiece from the diopter. Is a special wrench required to your knowledge? I've enclosed a photo that shows what looks like a washer with notches between the eyepiece and diopter. I couldn't find anything in the Anschutz user's manual.

Yeah, it's called a spanner wrench. The washer with the notches is a nut. You need the spanner wrench to loosen it.
