United States Rifle Team Ready to Win Big in Croatia
ISSF World Cup Croatia, the last World Cup before the Tokyo Olympic Games, will take place June 22-July 3, 2021, in Osijek, Croatia featuring all seven members of the United States Tokyo Olympic Rifle Team: Lucas Kozeniesky, William Shaner, Mary Tucker, Ali Weisz, Patrick Sunderman, Nick Mowrer, and Sagen Maddalena.
The last World Cup this team competed at was March 2021 in New Delhi. Kozeniesky won his first career World Cup medals including one gold, silver, and bronze medal. Tucker and Weisz also won gold and silver medals in the 10m air rifle event respectively. The Tokyo Olympic Rifle Team brought home a combined seven medals in New Delhi and look to repeat and refine their success in Croatia.
