My IZH 35M has come down with a problem. The trigger reset isn't working. It will fire normally, but the trigger needs to be pushed back forward to allow another shot. While I do work on my S&W revolvers, and 1911's, I do not have any experience with this Russian. The gun is very accurate and I have been shooting it since 2001.
Asking for any help with a gunsmith that may be knowledgeable and capable. I have sprayed it thoroughly with cleaner, and it does no good. I'm thinking a spring of some kind, but I'm just not familiar with these type mechanisms.
I appreciate any assistance,
Thanks
H Richard

Re: IZH35M repair
In front of the trigger, there is a tiny headless slotscrew. Looks just like the one behind the trigger. Turn it out. Just a little.
