No response from trace shooting

I have a gen 1 trace shooting system. I have been sending messages and emails to trace shooting for two weeks, asking for an activation code for a new computer with no response. I purchased the system less than 2 years ago. Without an activation code makes the system useless. I have talked to a seller of the gen 2 system and he has not had any problems with obtaining an activation code. Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.
