Would be nice to look in one spot for places that do NOT support TargetTalk and shooting.
Also
a list of places that DO support TargetTalk and shooting sports...so I know where to spend my money.

Here's what we do in rural Tennessee . . . we live off boxes of MRE's . . . and send all our money to Pilk Guns.

I went to Taco Bell today,
Logged onto their internet service.
I had no problem logging onto TargetTalk or the NRA.
I asked the manager if Corporate gave any advise on this,
She said she never heard anything about it.
I would not take the word of one person,
Something like this has to be checked out first.

^^ This, there was an IT guy (contractor) working for a local cable company doing wireless installs that was caught setting up blocks in the routers he was installing. Also if TBell did a crap job with their wireless security it wouldn't take much for someone so inclined to mess with their router. Hey our local library got into trouble when their in house computers home page were redirected to a porno site - also done on their router.

Oh, for the love of... whatever. A business if offering FREE WI-FI and people are getting all beefed up about what they can access or not? It's FREE! It's a business! Private enterprise! Don't you feel like you should be able to do whatever the hell you want in your home? Businesses can do that too! Or do you think the GOVERNMENT should get involved and regulate your right to access Cabela's at friggin TACO BELL?

You are right
BUT does the business even know what sites are blocked?? 99% of the people that own/manage these stores probably don't have a clue. The person that set up the router or worse yet like I said it could have been hacked by an anti 2nd script kiddie.
I'd ask the manager straight up what's the deal.

This won't have anything to do with Taco Bell. The staff in the restaurant won't have a clue what you're talking about, much less the access or authority to do anything about it.
They'll pay some Managed Service Provider to provide customer wifi. That MSP then implements the access points, usually with a captive portal where you have to give them your e-mail or a code to get internet access, and then some child-safe filtering to prevent people browsing pron and the like.
Depending what filter lists they're using, targettalk and others may get blacklisted.
If you can find out the provider, you can request them to be unblocked, but at the end of the day, it's their network and their rules. Since you're getting free access to it, you don't get to dictate the terms of service.
Taco Bells in different states (or even just different franchise operators in the same state) will use different/local MSPs and indeed ISPs, so the block lists may vary - hence the mixed results mentioned above.

Nah, got to take a stand. Buy a bunch of crappy food at Taco Bell, then throw it right into the trash, making sure the manager sees you do it. Where's your patriotism?! Just like those NRA member Yeti cooler customers using Tannerite to blow up $400 coolers. Meaningful protest. Gets the message across... which is... oh, never mind.

Sorry, that does not send a message,

If you are eating at Taco Hell the least of your problems is what web sites you can visit. You probably won't last long enough to get to the range after one of those "meals".
