I read the new ISSF rules. Using single correcting lens mounted on the rear sight of a rifle is allowed.

So I started drawing mounting attachments so I could mount the lens and it´s holder (Knobloch) to my rifles.
Plan is to make 3D models of the mounting rings and let my friend 3D print them.

Correction I use is approx. +3 (Don´t remember exact values)
Does it matter, how far from aperture the lens is mounted?

I would place the lens 40-70 mm from the iris orifice. The eye should then be 15-20mm from the other side of the lens.

Have you looked at the Anschutz one, very simple and you can adjust the distance from the Peep? May not take your Knoblock lense though, would need cutting to size.

Thanks, I have seen that Anschutz (or something similar) being used here. I have something similar to that in mind, if the 3D print doesn´t work.

MEC glas Monocle

This is what I am using. I simply transferred the lens from my glasses, as it was the same diameter. In fact I could have simply used the holder as well, only having to re-index the actual lens.
