Starting a Junior Rifle Program

Our local gun club has started up a junior rifle program. We are very fortunate to have had rifles, mats, jackets, slings, etc donated to the cause. Our current activity is safety training and getting the kids comfortable shooting small bore rifles.
I am looking for resources -- training guides, posters to decorate the classroom, etc.
Any suggestions?
In advance, thank you!
Tom

Might decorate range with a good teaching poster like the one by Matt Emmons at:

Tom .... if your club is not currently affiliated with the CMP get that done.
CMP has many training materials that are either low cost or no cost for your training needs.

Also, check out the local High Schools that have JROTC programs and as a minimum ask when and then if they will let you attend their JMIC training when they have one. A good first step safety program.
Also, contact the NRA and see where there is a close Level-1 Coach school ... A good course to involve the coaches in how to teach the positions.

Along the same lines, if you are looking forward to getting some kids scholarships in collegiate shooting, the thing to do is begin to bring yourselves up to speed with the USA Shooting programs. Specifically this is for International style competitions, which is wwhat the NCAA shooting is based on. Start getting involved in their coach programs as well.

Finally, let us know where you are located ... you may have something nearby that can help you out.
