Maybe canted sights will work for Wu Felipe Almeida from Brasil.

I broke my own wrist 20 years ago and have the same tendency to the right
you can see Jitu Rai who I believe was in that final too or in the 50m event, also cants to the left

yes, you found not the best picture, but it's visible. Here a picture from internet and another from the latest World Cup.
