Morini gip fitting to toz
Need help, the bolt that need to attach the reciever to the grip is not line up coorectly, the grip was from another toz 35m even after trimming the inside of the grip,any recommendations?

Toz frames vary from unit to unit.
Remove the other half of the grip (the one that fits), then on the inside of the half that doesn't align mark where the hole for the screw should be.
If it's too close to the other one (the original), glue a wood plug first and let it dry.
Drill from the inside out where you marked, with a 3mm drill bit (or equivalent imperial).
Then, from the outside, drill with a 5 or 6mm drill about halfway, depending on the screw head dimensions.
Use a metal washer to help spread the force from the screw head.
Other solution is to drill and tap the location of the screw on the metal frame. M3x0.5

If IZH air pistols are any indication, the Russians apparently missed the memo about the advantages of interchangeable parts. The team I coach has about a dozen IZH-35M's, and the way they deal with the grips is they cut the pockets in the wood oversized, and then glue in shims that only fit that one pistol. Someone in the past swapped grips around between some pistols, and I've had to re-shim a couple.
I'm in the process of trying to fit an aftermarket lefty grip back onto one after the wood tore out around a screw hole. The aftermarket grip is softer walnut, and didn't have the metal bushings in the screw holes. In an attempt to fix the loose fit to the pistol, someone overtightened the screw and crushed the wood, destroying the hole completely.
