bullseye cleaning

Dear Izzy:
When I owned my IZH 35 m, I had a strict cleaning regiment to prevent alibi's. I lightly cleaned about every 300 rounds and also lightly cleaned before every match. By lightly cleaned, that was pull a patchworm through and clean as best I can without disassembling.
About evry 1,000-1,200 rounds I would remove the upper shroud and give it a lot more through clean job. I found that ezzox worked good for me.
I now shoot a pardini and I clean at about the same rate although I have done some extended tests for functioning and went more then a 1,000 rounds without a malfunction without cleaning. The only alibi I have had is from a dud ammo.
Regards,
Cranky
