Warming up before match - or training

How do you guys warm up before match or training session?

I have been having difficulty getting started. Usually my hold is ..crappy for the duration of sighting period and 15-20 competition shots. For 60 shot match that is bad. Even worse for 40 shot club competition...

I´m not sure if it is in my head, trying way too hard and then relaxing after noticing that a good score is no longer possible. Or is it physical, muscles need to reach their optimal temperature etc. before hold stabilizes?

I shot 140 pellets today to a Megalink target.
First 20 were sighters (15min). Got first 10 at the 15th shot... Then 60 competition shots. Began bad, ended with good (for me) last series, score of 542. This took 60min.

Then sat down for maybe 5 min and began other 60 shot series. I used even less time in this one as range was closing and an official spent maybe 5min adjusting other target. Time used maybe 45min. Score 559.

That is not my record, but best I´v shot after starting shooting again in beginning of 2012.

Similar trend can be seen in both 60 shot series, start bad then gets better..

In a competition I usually use almost all of the time available. Maybe I should shoot faster too? Just do it instead of thinking about how to do it?

Its necessary to be both warmed up and thoroughly relaxed.
The second is harder.
