Perhaps so, David.
I don't know about the rest of the world, but cable companies in the USA cram all kinds of channels into packages that cannot possibly have large viewership, and therefore, cannot possibly make them any money (other than inflating the package price). If that's the case, surely ISSF competition could be offered somewhere, somehow.
