MG4 performance

I've shortlisted a Matchguns MG4 for centrefire shooting and would appreciate any comments from users on its performance at the range in terms of reliability, malfunctions, inherent accuracy. Is the felt recoil any different from other 32's on the market?

IME works better than most MG2. Very few problems overall. Long barrel, very good precision with almost every ammo, unlike some competitors. Due to low barrel axis and nose-heavy balance excellent recoil recovery. With the lighter slide able to use loads down to 1.0grs V310 / 83grs HBWC > muzzle jump like a fast .22. Fast loads shoot well, but are hard on the elbow, and the advantage in "muzzle jump" over other .32 decreases with fast ammo, 'cause each jumps like hell. Still very complex, mechanically. Trigger tends to adjust itself, although that might be cured in newer pistols (my one's very early). Early series also had problems with self destructing firing pins (which is a p.i.t.a. to change), but AFAIK that is solved. Good compatibility with MG2 regarding grip, trigger , front sight etc. IMO probably the best MG around, even if some people might say that this doesn't say much. There are good alternatives around, though, with less "mechanical risk".

Just received my new MG4. Very solid piece of equipment and nice lockwork in the action.
I'm seeking opinions or feedback from anyone with actual experience regarding the powder for handloads as the MG4 has a 6" barrel.
I've got 90gr Hornady HBWC, 100gr speer HBWC and 98gr Lapua HBWC.
