2012- 13 Indoor Air Pistol, Air Rifle, and Free Pistol Matches
Dates: Saturday, October 27, November 24, December 22, 2012 and January 26, 2013.
Time: Firing begins promptly at 9 a.m. Registration begins and match fees collected at 8:30 a.m.
Location: SIRPC Indoor Range, Indian Creek Shooting Center, 5950 Gun Club Road, Georgetown, Indiana 47122.
Rules: All current NRA rules will apply. Competitors who do not have a NRA classification card or temporary scorebook will fire in the master class. Competitors will act as scorers.
Challenges: Challenges will be judged by a three-person jury. There will be a one dollar challenge fee per challenged shot value. Math errors will be corrected without a challenge.
Air Pistol and Air Rifle: Unlimited sighters. Air Rifle and Air Pistol will be fired concurrently. Targets will be changed after each twenty record shots taken. There will be a 10 minute preparation period for air pistol shooters, followed by a 15 minute unlimited sighter period. Air rifle shooters will use the 15 minute air pistol sighter period for their preparation period when both types of shooters are competing on the same relay. Air pistol shooters will shoot their record 20 shots in a 30 minute time limit and rifle shooters will have 40 minutes to fire their sighters and record shots. Only .177 caliber air guns can be used.
Free Pistol: Free Pistol will be fired after the air gun matches and after a short lunch break. There will be a 10 minute preparation period and 15 minute unlimited sighter period. A total of 60 shots slow fire at 50 feet for record. 10 shots will be fired on each bullseye target and 15 minutes will be allowed per bullseye. Any .22 caliber pistol or revolver may be used. All handguns must be single-loaded even if semi-auto or revolver.
Awards: Awards will consist of ribbons.
Facilities: Reservations are necessary to insure a firing spot, as there are only 10 firing points. If there is enough interest, a second relay will be conducted for the air gun matches. When registering, please indicate your relay preference. There is a clubhouse located on the property with hamburgers, hotdogs, drinks, etc. available. There is a Motel 6 and restaurants located in Georgetown at Exit 19 of I-64.
Entry Fees: Adults, $12.00/ match. Additional matches are $6.00. Juniors $6.00/ match.

Directions & Parking: I-64 to exit 19.West on Indiana 64 through the town of Georgetown. Observe the 30 mph speed limit. After approximately 5.8 miles from the exit and about 1 mile west of Georgetown, turn right onto Gun Club Road and go about ½ mile to the entrance to the Indian Creek on your left. Go past the house on your right and the mobile home. The SIRPC Indoor Range is on your right. Park parallel to the building. LEAVE AT LEAST ONE CAR WIDTH BETWEEN YOUR VEHICLE AND THE BUILDING’S YARD.
