London video

Post by IPshooter »

All,

You should be able to see streaming video of many of the shooting events here:

However, I will warn you that there is some set up to do with your cable company. You should do this well in advance.

The problem is that the numeric codes they provide do not work so that siging up for alerts is impossible.

Working fine for me but I signed up a few days ago.

You can watch full re-runs of the events. Pretty good.

I haven't had any issues signing up (but, again, I did it days ago), or receiving alerts.

The streaming portion is getting HAMMERED though and it's not keeping up. It keeps locking on me, crashing programs, and just generally being frustrating. If I hadn't spent more than a decade in the IT field, I'd think it was on my end... but I know better.

Maybe through the week it'll be better as more people are at work and the load lightens a bit on the servers.

Oh man, I thought it was just me. I've dealt with laggy streams before, but this is the first time that one has made my browser lock up.

It must be something on the site sensing a delay and freaking out, because the stream itself is through youtube's service which is generally pretty good.

There was no video of it.

Only the finals were covered by pool video.
