Snow cover for Lakefield B90

Hello,
I have a Biathlon question.
A few years ago I found a slightly used left handed Lakefield B90. I don't compete in Biathlons, but it looked like a nice rifle for casual 3 position practice and as it turns out it I was right. Later I found a true left handed Anschutz 1613, but still like to shoot the Lakefield.
When I bought the rifle it was in great shape except the the snow cover had obviously been partially shot off. I have the other parts and a piece of the snow cover that hinges on a block machined into the end of the barrel less the actual portion that covers the barrel.
It obviously isn't a high priority, but is there and way to find a replacement snow cover for this rifle other than figuring out approximately what the original looked like and making one myself out of 15 or 16 gauge sheet metal?
