New 4H coach needs help.

I need some help people. Our club avanti 499b are not shooting to well. Could some kind soul please pm me with a phone number to pick your brains a bit about these rifles and how to tune them. Any and all help welcomed, heck even criticism can be useful.
I looked back through the past posts and there was some great info but I just do better with a conversation than typing.

I coach a 4-H team with 23 kids and we have 31 guns. The time it takes to keep these guns working correctly is amazing but when they are working right they are very accurate.

Sorry Dave but that is the correct # 308-340-2855 is the cell, the office is 308-345-3773 that one is answered in the evenings as well.
