Anyone else notice that the draft rules (to take effect in 2013) chop the rule about boreline?
8.4.2.1 The center line of the bore must pass above the web (between
thumb and forefinger) of the hand holding the pistol in the normal
firing position.
All of the rule has been given a "strikethrough". Yet the diagram in the 8.11 pistol diagrams remains unchanged.
If the rule goes, do we get to see pistols along the lines of the 1956 "hacksaw" RF pistol reappear? New guns for everybody? Or did someone just make a mistake in the draft?
