Can anyone tell me who's incharge of the 4H (S.A.F.E.) Shooting Sports Program at the HQ Level. I guess that would be in DC? I'm looking for a Name, Title, and contact info.

It is a committee and Conrad Arnold seems to be the one that works on it the most. He us usually very good at getting back to you.
