Marvel Polymer Mags = Kimber Mags?

Are the polymer magazines for the Marvel .22 conversion the same as the polymer magazines for the Kimber .22 conversion? In the pictures that I've seen, the Marvel mags have circular cut-outs and the Kimber mags have oval cut-outs.

I'm curious because the Marvel mags cost about $10 more, so I'd rather buy Kimber mags if there's no significant difference.

I have two marvel precisions unit one's and neither one will function with the two Kimber factory mags I have. Just my experience and hope this helps.
