I would like to post a warning to anyone looking for trigger shoes. The Tyler company has been making these and I want all to know that since placing an order in early December I still have not received the item. The check was cashed in December, since then they have removed their e-mail and telephone # from their site. They do not answer letters, e-mails nor answer the telephone. I have filed a complaint with their States Attorney General and they haven't replied either.DON'T ORDER FROM THIS OUTFIT. "Doc"

Is this the company
http://www.t-grips.com
They have a big note on their website detailing difficulties in their recent move and there is a phone number. Might this be a new website for the company with new phone numbers? If so it sounds that all might not be lost, but you might have to wait.

... and their difficulties must be compounded by their being only semi-literate too. 'Patients'! Doh! Give me patience!

Yes that's them---I see they are now promising production beginning in April---Maybe there's a chance I might get my trigger shoe? One can only hope with a crew like that. I see they have their Telephone and e-mail up as well, I guess the Attorney General must have pinched their behinds. "Doc"

Not cute. That e-mail address now requires a password and login name to see it.

Sometimes when people are really good at making things, they are real dolts when it comes to business. Hopefully this is what is happening and you will eventually get a good product. Stories like this are way too common and having been there I understand the frustration. -- Bill --

Did you pay by credit card? If so then dispute the charge, if not well you should have.
