Getting AP cylinders to Ft Benning?

Post by Bruce Martindale »

How are people doing it if they don't drive ?

So far the best answer seems to be mail to to oneself c/o "general delivery" at either Columbus or Phenix City post offices. It is good for 30 days but I forgot to ask my post lady if they return to sender on pick up failure.

What other options are there?

I can't risk losing them at either end of the air flight. They travelled last in 2006 with no problems but there were official issues earlier. It became an acceptable "don't ask don't tell" until someone poked the bees nest again.

It would be nice if USAS moved the AP match later in the week to allow time for misplaced mailings to arrive.

What will you do about it please?

thoughts?
