How much movement does the pellet make @ 10 meters with elevation and horizontal adjustment per click with LP10

1.2 mm windage or "lateral adjustment" @ 10 m target distance--My sense says yes to your answer, though the manual in English didn't translate well IMHO. "Doc"

I knew there was a correct name for horizontal adjustment ............

So, are both adjustments the same?
