I think is is just great training for slow fire, period. The only think I don't like is that my freepistol grip puts my hand at a different angle in relationship to the barrel. I think I would do better if it were "more" like my Air pistol just with a longer barrel and a lighter trigger. Isabel

It comes to a point in the shooting experience where they become two different art majors, to me at least that is how I perceive it.
They help me get better simultaneously, in a feedback loop type of way.

My free pistol and air pistol anr nearly identical to shoot the only difference is the sight radious and trigger weight. the grip angle and weight distribution are almost identical. I only train for air but when I shoot free it feels just like shooting air
