There are thousands in use here in the USA. They are capable of holding the 10 ring and are great for juniors but I would not recommend them for serious 10 m precision shooting.

Sorry to hear that is the latest rifle now selling in your area. I can assure you the CZ line is very well made and great value for the money. I have a CZ 10m CO2 pistol and I use a CZ 452 for Small bore Silhouette and both shoot better than I can shoot them.
The rifle your asking about is rather on the small size overall but still very capable. As mentioned not a gun you would want to compete with in 10m however.
If that is the best you can get from where you are I would say get it. You won't be sorry IMO.
