Do you twist your hip toward the target in your stance?

What is the consensus on standing stance?
Do you turn your hip toward the target or do you rely solely on turning your neck?
When I shoot, my face have to face target squarely. My neck can turn comfortably 45 degrees. That means my shoulder/hip is 45 degrees off target. My feet are lined up closer to 90 degrees off target. So my hip provides 50% of the turn, my neck provides 50% of the turn.
