Regarding ammo like RWS's R100 and Winchester's T-22 target which have a higher muzzle velcocity than Eley EPS and Lapua Midas but fall short of high velocity class rounds like CCI minimag, are the former safe to shoot for extended training (e.g. years) in a match handgun like a Feinwerkbau AW93, Hammerli 208 or Hammerli SP20?
Will the R100, being slightly more powerful than say...CCI Green Tag result in noticeable wear and tear on a good match pistol?
You would not buy "bargain" tires for your Ferrari

My advice: avoid using powerful (cheap) ammo, e.g. Rem Thunderbolt kind of ammo in your costly match type pistol.
That kind of ammo will do better in a budget .22 semi-auto rifle, e.g. Ruger 10/22, or in a similar device from Rem.
