Scope on anschutz 8002

How would you mount a scope on an Anschutz 8002? would the cocking lever get in the way?

the anschutz 8002 has a side-cocking lever, so it will not get in the way (i don't know if this is true for older versions... in which case i would be totally wrong) but the mounts would go on each side of the receiver.
make sure the mounts are the correct size, too.
