Toz rear sight

I just received my new/used $495 Toz (Thanks for the heads-up Mike M.!).
It came with absolutely nothing in the ways of spares or accessories. The rear sight blade is installed backwards, so that the nice relief cut, which should make for a crisp rear image, is just giving me glare. Simple to reverse, no?
Well. First, I assume the screws are a right-hand thread? The one on the left is pretty buggered, and I want to be sure I'm turning the right way when I get a screwdriver that's thin enough and strong enough.
The screw on the right side is well-protected by the elevation knob. Do I need to disassemble the rear sight to get to the screw, or is there some trick? If I need to disassemble, could someone give me a brief step-by-step?
Thanks,
Tom Amlie
