Does anyone have pdf of international 10m AR targets

You may be able to find them on the ISSF website under rules, but I doubt they're to scale and would only be one on a page.
You're probably best off scanning a card in yourself and converting to pdf.

The 2007 USAS General Technical Rules document, available on the USAS site, contains images of all the various targets. They aren't actual size, but certainly, you should be able to scale them. The 10m AR target is shown in section 6.3.2.3.

Go to the USA Shooting site but DO NOT login. (Inexplicably, if you login, none of the downloads are available.) Instead, click the link at the top for "downloads", then click on "USAS Downloads". What you want is the "USAS Rulebook 2007" download, which gets you a .zip file containing all the rulebooks.

I can generate multiple targets page but you have to tell me how many targets do you need and exact location in millimeters from lower left corner of the page for each target.
