I have run out of windage adjustment on my TOZ. What have some of you done in this case? Is this due to the front sight being "off"?

Had the same issue. I was able to move the rear sight blade in the direction of the misaligment sufficiently to compensate for the left leaning front sight.
Was assured by a seasoned competitor that more than a few Toz's have similar problems.

I am wondering if there is a better fix.

That's why the rear sight carrier has longitudinal slots instead of just holes. Windage can be affected by many things, including a slightly offset front sight, the way you grip the gun, the way you line up in relation to the target, etc. etc. First roughly center the carrier, and then use the slots to move the rear blade so that it is centered when the gun is roughly zeroed. Then you will have plenty of latitude in either direction for fine tuning, wind, whatever.

My front sight was slightly offset and what I did was to remove the shroud off the bbl.There is a detent on bbl ,which the set screw on front sight goes into.With a dremel tool-I grinded the detent level so that when the shroud was installed again and the set screw was tightened-the front sight was straight on bbl.Ernie

How is the shroud fastened to the barrel? Is it just a press fit or is it fastened with solder? How big a hassle was it remove it and reset it at the right angle?

On my TOZ 35M-the front blade comes off by unscrewing a screw and lifting the front blade out.This exposes a set screw.Loosening this screw allows the shroud to be pulled off the bbl-exposing a groove in the bbl.If the groove is level-the front sight will be vertical-in relation to rear sight.Ernie

I counted all the clicks in my windage adjustment and then moved back by 1/2 putting the adjustment right smack dab in the middle. I attached a rear sight blade and put it in the middle - as far as my eyes could see. Then it was off to the range. I was turned away by the 1st and closest one (training for Indian Point security personnel). I tried the next closest range (indoor 25 yards). The sight was not off by much. My question for you is this: when I remove the front sight I can see another screw down in the ramp portion of the sight. If I remove this screw will the entire front sight come off?

Hi Sue-The answer is yes-in fact when you loosen that screw-you might even begin to feel the shroud getting looser.Just slip or tap it forward and it should come off bbl. When I finished with mine-the front blade was perfectly straight in rear square notch. Ernie
