Hi all. Does anyone know if the cylinders for the FWB P34, P40 and P44 air pistols are interchangeable? That is, can a cylinder supplied for a P40 (say) be safely used on a P40? Please excuse my ignorance for I have not seen a P40 or a P44. Thanks in advance.

The cylinders of the P30, P34 and P40 are "look alikes".
The cylinders of the P30 were "brushed alu grey".
Cylindres of the P34 and P40 were blue and red, - regrettably suffering from a less durable paint job. "Bad" or no paint "primer", and hence, paint wore off rapidly.
The cylinders of the P44 are different. More "square cylindric" in shape, featuring a "frosted" alu grey paint. A paint that stayes put.
The new cylinders of the P44 appear slightly larger, but net volum (net air weight) is still the standard 22 grams.
The cylindres are interchangable, and P34 cylinders fit my P44, but the new cylinders of the P44 "look better". Definitely.
The manometers (colored scales) at the head of the P44 cylinders have a appearanse differing from that of the former models.
The threading of the cylinders is standard FWB (not interchangable with any other brand, I think).
