Are their a AP shooter/ clubs/ matches in central Illinois?

Where in Illinois are you?

The Arlington International Airgun Club (http://www.aiac-airguns.org/) is NW of Chicago. We host a couple of sanctioned matches every year and club matches about once a month.

There are airgun matches in Midlothian, S of Chicago in the winter months. I don't have the contact info handy at the moment.

There are International matches, including Air, in Streator (Central IL) about once a month in the winter. The next one is in March. Contact Chuck Cantrell (815) 672-6541 or cantrell@[NO SPAM]crtelco.com.

Just across the border in WI the Badgerland Airgun Association (http://www.bagaclub.com/) is in Bristol, W of Kenosha.

There are also matches near Indianapolis and in Columbus, IN.

SteveT, I'm in Hinsdale, where do you shoot?

I shoot airguns with the AIAC in Arlington Heights. See my post above for the website. I shoot NRA Conventional Pistol more frequently with a private club in Morton Grove. PM me for more info on that. I can also put you in touch with a club that shoots at Gunworld in Bensenville.

We shoot AP at Chebanse, IL

I can't think of any AP shooters or clubs in central Illinois. That means there is plenty of room to grow one.

I think I see matches in Streator advertised on nrahq every once in a while.

Where are you in Central Illinois? I grew up in Morton (just outside Peoria). I'm thinking about moving back there, and would love to know of any clubs closer than Streator.

Airpistol in NorthWest Il is pretty slim. West Liberty Ia has some and Milan Gun club in Milan Il shoots some airpistol silluette in the winter. Other than that, I have to go to Streater Il. and bother Jim Kinkade
