Pardini SP grip ?

Are the grips interchangeable between the old Pardini SP22 & the Pardini SP New?

The grips are only interchangeable backwards. That is, old SPE grips will only work on the SPE, but the SP new grips will work on both.
The difference is in the notch cut into the sidewalls of the grip for clearance of the rear sight adjustment screws, which got bigger on the SP New. (SP New grips have more material removed to fit.) Old grips can be modified with a dremel to fit an SP new without too much trouble, but may be less than asthetically pleasing.
Unaltered SP New grips on an old gun have a little extra space on each side of the rear sight, but it's not irritatingly obvious.
