Is there anyone in the USA that imports Manurhin revolvers? I gotta feeling it's a blind alley.

Not that I'm aware of.

You can import one on a Form 6, though.

I wrote to them some time ago asking who if anyone handled the revolver. I never received the courtesy of a reply. So I found a pristine K-38 Model 14-3 built at S&W as a single action only revolver. What a gem!

There may still be a Canadian importer in business. They used to import Manhurin, Domino and Unique---but declined to answer e-mails from the States to set up a sale or two for the Domino RF and Unique parts after the Unique plant was raped and robbed of all the machinery and parts for the manufacture of their fine Standard and Centre Fire pistols.

Have you tried Neal Stepp at International Shooters Service? http://www.iss-internationalshootersservice.com/ He found and sold this one many years ago:

Potter Firearms, has two in .32, one for 1,500 and the other for 2,000 Oz dollars, see http://www.potfire.com.au/plist/pML24291.htm and http://www.potfire.com.au/plist/pHA01078.htm I heard a rumer once that you couldn't import this brand on the ATF Form 6. Maybe someone has better information on this rumored restriction.

There are quite a few dealers in Oz who trade in new Manuhrin.
I think Parabellum Imports distribute them, amongst others.
They could also be a source for Izh35s

PS I have looked at them with a view to buying, the hammer spur and rearsight are very close, making cocking a bit of a chore.
Otherwise very nice, and the only readily available 0.32SW+L revolver.

Being able to access one is not a problem, the problem is being able to send one outside Australia. Thank to Aust Post dealers no longer can send or recieve firearms/parts outside Australia, even with the appropriate permits.

Not sure if this posting of firearms thing is an urban myth.
In any case, can they not be sent by carrier, eg DHL?
Various dealers in Aus advertise being able to export to anywhere, US in particular.

Is UPS or Fedex or AUS equivilent an option? Many guns are shipped by other carriers in the US. I belive that US Postal Service only allows mail between FFL holders and even in that case UPS and Fedex are used.
