Steyr LP10: #20 Set screw: to be lubricated or wiped dry?

Hi, everybody,
First, thanks to Mr. Pilkington. He rescued me with #52 Hammer Spring. Now I am back in business. It is no small thing, to get hold of such trifles in Russua. Now the subject question. It seems to have been lubricated (has some black durt on it), but I am not quite sure, and the part is close to the high pressure system. Am I to put some silicon lubricant on the shaft (and tip of the shaft) of the set screw?
Best regards, Alexey
