has anybody ever used this grip on their LP10?

I seem to remember others on here using those grips with positive comments. As to how it feels and fits will depend on the shape of your hand. The best option for grip fit will be to get them custom made. What will feel comfortable to one person may be uncomfortable to another and in fact may be unsuitable for both.
Neil Grip Observations
I first came across Neil grips in October when I needed a starting-point blank for my fight hand/left eye Pardini 25m guns. Unlike the default manufacturers, it came in a large range of sizes and had an adjustable palm shelf. After some work by a skilled grip maker, we were able to then copy-carve it and then make the final modifications. Anybody contemplating this for the Pardini needs to be aware their grips are inlet for the manual trigger and only through copy carve was the electronic trigger recess provided for.
As well as my main grip, I also have a very nice backup grip for my .32 manual Pardini that I was not expecting to have and with no plastic filler! Even through the two grips are a copy carve, the copied combination grip is the better of the two for me even through I took many measurements with a calliper, differences are minute!!
Out of interest, I selected the Neil as a base point from a large box of Pardini grip options from factory and units from makers such as Rink. Unlike Rink, the finger to web alignment on the Neil was not offset so issues with recoil recovery.
