My Steyr LP10 has developed an annoying "kickback" of the trigger. When the shot is released, there is a small but distinct forward movement of the trigger that is quite disturbing. It happens also when dryfiring.
I had this once on an LP1, and it turned out to be caused by a broken spring. But this time the reason is not so obvious.
Has anyone else experienced this with the LP10, or knows what the reason may be?

Adjusting the sear engagement screw helped! But I assume you meant counterclockwise??
Turning the sear engagement screw clockwise about 1/4 of a turn from the initial setting did not remove the "kickback", but the sear did not engage anymore.
Turning the sear engagement screw about 1/8 of a turn counterclockwise from the initial setting, seems to have removed the "kickback" of the trigger.
Then, the weight settings of the trigger had to be readjusted, as the trigger weight was a lot heavier after adjusting the sear engagement. But now that this is done, the trigger seems to be back to normal.
