heart rate monitor

Is wearing a heart rate monitor allowed in an ISSF match?
The sensor part is worn around the chest, and a watch is the receiver/display unit. Since the transmitter has very limited range, it'd be impossible for the coach to be sitting behind the firing line and receive data... not that, somehow that's going to help the shooter, since the coach cannot transmit to the shooter.
I think it'd be very good feedback tool for the shooter, to be able to see his/her heart rate, and then use already practiced techniques to control that.
