TESRO

Post by WSmith »

TESRO target air, center fire, and standard pistols - developed by an ex-Walther designer - are now being imported into the Australian market as per some internet postings. Are there any expectations for North American availability?

Has anyone had the opportunity to check these pistols out? (I've only been able to find positive reviews, though the standard pistol seems to have a magazine with very tight tolerances regarding overall cartridge length.)

No, they will not sell to the USA for fears of lawsuits.

A club member has just bought the .22 and had this problem. He seemed to have fixed it by gently squeezing the mag in a vice to extend the mag a fraction. I would have thought that the mags wouldn't be made to that close a tolorance.
I noticed, after a malfunction with the original mag, the round that didn't feed, was jammed in the magazine at an angle. So maybe just a stronger spring in the mag would be a better fix.
I have managed to have a few shots with the TESRO and its just BEAUTIFUL
