4-H conforms to 2005 Silhouette Rule changes

The 4-H National event website now has the event synopsis for 2005 up.
They have decided to conform to the new 2005 Silhouette rule changes that keep the XS40's and 888's. The 12 gram CO2 cylinder restriction has been removed from the 2005 NRA CS16820 rules and the 2005 4-H Synopsis
4-H is still stating that the 2002-2004 3P rules are to be used for 3-P, and 2004-2006 rules for the 40 shot standing event ??? .... I'm sending them an email this afternoon to see if that is an oops.
