Oh clever, thanks David. I've skimmed through the rules, and read more thoroughly the air pistol sections a few times... but it's rather dry stuff frankly and difficult to retain. But now that you've reminded me it's my obligation, well, I have no excuse not to know them all by heart!

Familiarity of the rules is a worthwhile thing for all shooters and coaches. How do you know if something is wrong if you don't know what 'right' is ? Also as David mentions you need to know protest times and procedures if something is wrong. This is all for ISSF competitions and if you matches are shot under another set of rules (eg national) then it's equally wise to be appraised of those before the competition.

Question aside from using the dremel and shaving down the Ishmael grips....could I buy grips that are more ergonomic?
