I think Caesar makes some really amazing guns, I don't own any MG, but I have shot the MG2 and MG1. Both fantastic to shoot. However, the engineering is just too complicated in them, so they work well when everything is perfect. But in the real world, things are rarely perfect. I think a gun with both mechanical and electronic firing systems is great, in theory. In reality, it is just another bit of complication that can break.
My Morini 162EI has never failed (knock on wood) in training or in competition. And I always bring a extra set of AAA batteries. I've only ever seen one case where the electronics board actually failed, and in that case, I lent the guy my backup Morini's control board, and he shot the match fine.
