So my optometrist concludes that contact is not very effective for my right eye.. I have too much far-sightedness and astigmatism.. :(

Are all the shooting glass similar? I am thinking of a Varga since it seems to be the cheapest.. Any recommendation?

A easy way to find the approx. (close engough) center of you glasses is to draw a X (even by hand) across widest points with a wax pencil/china marker then rub off the mark where they meet up.

You can then redraw a pencil eraser sized thin circle around the area you just cleaned off and then remove the rest of the X lines from your glasses.
