Cesare Morini, whose name graces the Bedano's firm above two mentioned famous, fucntional guns, ironically had nothing to do with either of them. Unfornately he had everything to do with other Edsel's of the shooting world, such as the 102, the SAM/Anschutz M10, K11-12etc, FP10, and now I fear, based on the past track record, the MG1 and 2.

Jim, I am sorry you did not get good feelies and positive strokes, but my comments were well stated and to the point.

I agree completely. A Stradivarius in experienced, talented hands can easily outperform the latest instruments.

Granted. But most Strads today have replacement necks, higher bridges and steel, not gut, strings.
Sorry for straying off topic. I hope there is a bit of analogous worth in my brief reply.
