Scuba tank and PSP air tank refills

The large SCUBA type compressed air tanks used for PSP can be refilled (at a lower pressure than SCUBA) at the local firestation. This is helpful for those who live some distance from a dive shop. Firmen normally refill their SCATT breathing aparatus using their own filtered air compressor. Has anyone done this kind of refill? The SCUBA tank will need an adapter for this. I would like to do this but I don't know what the two thread types are...anybody know these details? TIA
